 I have been amiss in posting the photos from Design Day!  Congratulations to all of you on a very successful completion of CE 495 and your BS degree.

: Consumers Energy Water System Questions

 John Bradley answered several questions: Q: Which entity owns and operates the sites water service, fire service, and looped water main? A:  I believe the LBWL would own and operate all water related items above on private property, unless the LBWL indicated to Consumers Energy up front that this would not be the case.  If they did not own the onsite water features, then there would be a master meter installed off the distribution main somewhere that would account for the monthly service charges for usage.  Generally, the LBWL prefers to own and operate all of their water mains and therefore this project would require a Part 399 permit to be submitted to EGLE with the responsible party being the LBWL. Q: What is the connection fee costs that Consumers Energy should expect from the LBWL? A: Connection Fees are based on a schedule established by the LBWL.  The service agreement between the LBWL and CE will establish the final connection fee costs....
